Sorry, don't know when they will release the next 10Q, but last year was on May 31. They are not on calendar.

NO TOXIC DEBT remaining per recent PR. Whether there are shares waiting to be sold into the market is a subject of speculation here. The dilution that has been reported supposedly was not sold into the market but was purchased by 1 or 2 sellers per a poster here. I still haven't looked into validating that one though as for me by far it is more important to know that there is no toxic debt remaining and they are profitable and projecting very large profits in the coming months.
