BK decisions rarely get overturned but the circumstances, assets, and actions behind this one are extremely unique. If this asset is in fact worth Billions to someone and worth even more if they didn't get their hands on it would you risk further remand with the courts? Not just ATT but the FCC as well who has an interest in 5G, Jobs, and taking a cut of the final price if possible?
