But what does he gain by doing it ? I could understand pumping up share price to dump some of his 23.7M shares but he sold NONE.

Why would he want to face hostile shareholders at the AGM or the golf course or grocery store? You simply don't reiterate guidance of 15M four or five times without at least coming close. You don't reiterate profitability exiting 2017 as your main goal, restate it, and then show larger and larger losses. You don't do it without consequences.

He didn't really have too but he chose too - but for what gain is all I'm asking ? Why do it when thousands could be really pissed off at you? OTC may be the wild west but if he or anyone just thinks they have a right to lie/deceive people, well I hope they seriously reconsider.

There are people in this world that lose it if their steak is under cooked at a nice restaurant - please don't tell me they are just going to take it if this guy turns out to be a scammer as you seem to think. Not threatening here - just stating that IF and I say IF things head really South after what he said to us proves completely false - he should expect people to hold him accountable. Am I not thinking clearly...you can't do anything ya want because you are the CEO of a company that trades on the OTC.
