Or Baruch needed his money back and they couldn't secure the Distribution they promised. If there was a big deal already inked do you really think we'd be watching this thing flounder at .90? Stocks move on anticipation of events especially this stock. If they had another distributer wouldn't you name the replacement along with the termination?
