I see a significant run up and retracement...now a 2+ month long period of accumulation and consolidation, as Brojazzy stated...a new base is formed in the .013 to .015 range...not enough meet on the bone for profit takers, too risky to short given pending catalysts and not enough liquidity to have very meaningful day trades...zero toxic dumping occurring...seems like a solid entry to me
