allgold: good question. Answer: No. Their are no filings. Even the OS is rumored to be somewhere between 5 and 18 million. If there is a +/- 300% margin of error in estimating the OS, what else is amiss? Who knows?

It is said that they meet all the requirements for listing on pinksheets.com. Check out pinksheets.com and see what those requirements are. Basically, none.

There is no real info on this company. Maybe if you dig through state records you can find something on them or the CEO or etc., frankly that scares me.

If you're not living on the edge, your taking up too much space.
