Investment Strategies. IOCircuit. They pump and that is it. They accept PRs from companies and charge them to release them. I would be interested to see any research they have done (apart from the bogus targets they include in their releases)

They are a news pump company http://www.cyberelease.com/ --- also see iocircuit.com, they are one and the same. They pump stocks. For $500 a pump they will include other ticker symbols in the release to make it look good and get a much bigger audience... that's how ECFL got here.
