I am trying to find when was the series H issued, I can't find traces of it in the last few months and the S-3 registration of June 30, is silent on that subject (also contradicting, at one place it is still July 14th for the SHM and at others August 4th, those lawyers always insist on leaving errors in legal document so they can charge three time for the same work). Anyone happen to know when were these issued, was it April 2003 ?(prior 10-Q have no mention of the series H).
