Kant, first and on an OT personal note, the "Nick at Night!" posting attacks are for a very good reason. Our daughter is visiting and she and her mother have taken over the main TV room with non stop "chick flicks". I am hiding here. I think this is a ruthless payback for all the years my son and I drove them out with Piston games during the Bad Boy era. He's married now and he and his wife are expecting a baby, so I am outnumbered. The attacks will not happen tonight as I have to take everyone to a Shock game. Payback is a you know what. At least Bill Laimbeer (Boston people remember him?) is their coach.

OK, the HP thing may have been answered by now but if not, it is somewhat a Wave Urban Legend. What is clear is that SKS about a year ago in a CC gave some specific guidance. One of those, a Purto Rico health care security deal with Maximus, has been referenced in print. He also predicted a large contract in a matter of days - and here I don't recall his exact words. Nothing happened and he was roasted for lying by our friendly bashers.

Over the year(s) there has been published reports of a large security deal HP has/had with a Mid-Eastern Government (believed by some to be Israel and later reported as such) which went into hold after EDS went to court to protest the sole source award. Some people here who appear to have close ties the Wave management have identified Wave and E2 based smart readers as part of the long delayed deal. In a follow up CC SKS said the service provider, (believed from other "sources" to be HP), had expected a contract and that their statements had been the source of his guidance. I believe him on this one but others don't. The HP - Israel deal, screwed up by EDS is public record. Wave's specific involvement was, to my knownledge, never publicly confirmed.

Hope that helps.

Nick
