My response was to this, that you wrote...... "If the acquisition IS finalized, the Auditors could request management to withhold information until the final audit opinion (hopefully unqualified) is rendered."

And if we were to believe Shimtampa's questions and answers.....

These are the questions I submitted to Marquee a week ago, the answers are here as well....

1. When will audited finacials be released?
September
2. When will the assets be transfered to Nevada?

4. Can you let us shareholders know what contracts in the recent months have definetly closed?
Deals and Contracts that have been completed will be disclosed upon completion of the audit

5. Will Sulja/Marquee be holding anytype of Investor Conference Call?
Again, after the audit

6. What is the timeframe for listing on a broader exchange?
As soon as possible

They make it sound like multiple deals have already been finalized. I just don't see either of these large firms recommending that Sulja should withhold what should be public information.
