Mr. Bankroll - they released the material event when they disclosed that they were acquiring the Lumber mill(s).......I simply surmised they were probably advised to release all the DETAILS of the acquisition with the audited financials, which would be prudent, imho.

This advise would come from the Consulting Side of the CPA Firm, not the audit side, as has been previouly discussed.
