They said this in Jan 2016. I doubt their lawyer would have let them say this if the enrollment hold was for an IA that put their ph 3 trial results in question at the time. They would have put themselves on dangerous ground when already under legal attack by multiple lawsuits:

NW Bio is not aware of any fundamental Company-related reason for the substantial decline in the price of the Company’s stock at this time.
