On that particular point you have been absolutely consistent, and I have to concede that it hasn't happened yet.

But I firmly believe it's better to live in the present than in the past. What was, no longer is. MMXT has new leadership of unprecedented quality and, as far as I know (but my thought is soundly based), there is a welcome degree of understanding between the two CEOs. I am convinced that both know very well that anything short of a 1:1 merger will leave one or other group of shareholders dissatisfied. On that basis, the set-up is perfect for the merger to happen this time around. It will also streamline the company. The marketing side and the development side will come together. We, as SunnComm shareholders, will have the advantages of quarterly auditing, too.
