On the merger. It will never happen.
remember scmi owned mmxt when it was Fan. They started
mmxt to give a title to Billy and a reason to pay him.

If scmi can sell any and all of it's products in the market, why do they need mmxt? The latest agreement with a seller is all they neede in the first place with mmxt. But it was done to make more shares available to keep them afloat.

NEVER A MERGER, I have said this for years and so far I think the facts have proven out that I may be correct.
