This will go nowhere.... suneq overpaid for every acquisition... which is quite evident looking at the resale value of its assets.

Yes, First Wind assets were grossly overvalued... add it to the list of bad acquisitions. The Suneq business plan was obvious. Was it miscalculated and in hindsight stupid? Yes! Will it rise to criminal activity, much more difficult to prove.

Regardless the creditors are under water - nothing for commons.
