Hi Larry, get rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs. Take the ink-jet cartridge out of the printer and clean off the dried ink with the alcohol socked cotton swabs. Let the cartridge dry and then try it in the printer. It is my understanding that the ink jets are built into the cartridge.
