The Reverse Split does not bother me as long as they are using it to get to a better exchange listing. Unless the price of the stock goes up over .35 the 8-1 does not get them to the AMEX. Even then we need to know the Shareholder Equity is above $4M. They should have said a RS between 8-1 and 16-1 that way they could make sure they qualify for the AMEX $3 level. Unless they can meet Standard 3 of having a market value of the public float greater than $15M. I always thought the float was around 20M shares. Maybe it is much higher and they could meet standard 3 and the 8-1 would have been the correct number? I wonder if that is their plan?
