If they somehow would be able to attach a cost of $3.5/share for me to acquire TRW and convince our tax authorities of that it would for sure be great, but noway I can believe in that for our sake. The couple of times I got spin-off shares (Swedish co.) it was handled as I described it.

I think Swedes have to sort out the KF out in due time though, hopefully Nisse is trying to push this since I'm sure that JF own at least 1 million shares on KF that now all of a sudden will be taxed.
