We don't know that. It might say value = 3.50 per share.

In Holland for instance, we have to pay a wealth tax. So it should say something. If the value is $0 then that is not a proper reflection of reality.

Either way, for your own administration, you should book $3.50. Fair market value. I have the impression that the company will give us the value.
