There is also a deal between Northbridge Financial Inc and ORRV that was filed in Manatee County that will also turn into more free trading stock that ORRV hasn't disclosed to its shareholders yet
I ordered the exhibits for that one and they should be available this afternoon for me to post. The complaint linked above names all the debt:
$7000 owed to Windsor Street Capital LP for assisting in the 3(a)(10) transaction as the broker
$2795.86 owed to Lee & Amtzis LP
$7575 owed to Milbern Ray & Company
$8925 owed to Really Bonito Furniture
$25,417.50 owed to Saw Enterprises Inc
$10,205 owed to Willa Jo Mills CPA
$29,294.26 owed to Human Touch LLC
$17,698.28 owed to Diyaa Adventures LLC
$4000 owed to Adam Tracy
for a grand total of $112,910.90
A lot of the debt is money owed by McCusker through his companies prior to any ORRV merger. He is just using ORRV as a vehicle to pay off old debts taking the money out of the pockets of the retail shareholders. Some of the debt is recent debt owed to service providers for attorney, accounting, and broker services provided.
That $112,910.90 along with the $89,757 from the Sarasota County lawsuit/settlement deal will all be turned into discounted free trading ORRV stock at a 50% discount to the lowest trading price over the past 15 trading days.
Currently $.0007 is the lowest closing price making the stock Samuel Oshana (Northbridge Financial Inc) will receive priced at $.00035/share for a total of 579,051,143 free trading shares of stock.
If the price closes lower in the coming days that number will increase.
