So some of the BOD members could be part of this committee. Is that correct or not? FBG I know how you feel about Dan but once again he did receive an overwhelming 18 million votes just like some of the others. I ask my questions because I'm trying to figure out if the other BOD members that received 6 million votes against them could be part of this committee you speak of. Maybe they are the ones always pushing the incentive package
