There is a technically a Compensation Committee that is a subset of the Board responsible for compensation policy but my sense is Dan is running the show. His whole piglike greed starting when he took the helm in 2013 ramming through an outrageous comp proposal that was much higher than anything before was clearly his doing.

I feel like we are about to enter a new era with ADXS now with the vote yesterday and large investors starting to say enough with this CEO enriching himself on the backs of investors who are down 33% over the last four years from the $12 recapitalization price they bought in at. Given the progesss of the company coupled with the benefits falling disproportionately to management with shareholders getting shafted with losses something has got to give.
