That is incorrect. AEPP change of control was filed with the Florida SOS yesterday.

Michael Redman and Donald Payne are controlling officers of AEPP now.

Everyone needs to understand that corporate changes are first filed with SOS and then the SEC.

On another matter, Oncolix inc. as a private company has actually filed with the SEC several times over the last few years in regards to private offerings as well.

The latest was Feb 2017 regarding a private placement with NewBridge Securities Corporation.

Through that SEC filing, we know that Jerry Youkey, Joseph Podolski and Dale Zajicek, along with Michael Redman are all on the BOD for Oncolix.

Things are really just getting interesting for AEPP.
