Bah - I knew this already, fwiw. The point is that, according to the BK filings, the payroll has not been met WELL before the trustee took over. Citing the trustee as the reason the emps were unpaid (to begin with) or implying that is their fault is simply false.

As a liner note question, are the current arrears carried from the period when MPTV was manager of Lake Trop or more recently during the Trustee's tenure?
