One last comment about DTCC
since all our shares have technically been sent back to the DTCC from every brokerage Company that means the DTCC has every single electronic share that was ever given to any and all brokerage Companies or Participants, it therefore stand to reason by logical deduction to any sane shareholder that the DTCC and Decedee should be able to match certificate to orginial certificate held by Decedee. They should therefore know exactly who has shorted any and every share that has ever existed. So sayeth The LORD of HOSTs no man shall ever enter the Kingdom of heaven unless he passes through the eye of the Needle. For that reason I think JOE camel has been caught at the Oasis with a belly full of water

Ameritrade removed my 1,150,000 shares of MPTV that I still held, on 04/04/2023, stating they were worthless. Enough said....

On March 27th, 2018, my broker sent the mptv, Inc. stock certificate back to me in the mail. My broker's letter stated that MPTV dissolved on: 08-03-2005. He said that the certificate has no value.

I'm not sure if I still have time to write the loss off.
If someone finds out please post their suggestions here on I-HUB.

It's sad that the broker just informed me about the date of dissolve, after waiting all that time.

I bought $20,000 MPTV in 2001.

I have not sold a single shares yet.

I received statement from my broker last December
in which, it said:

MTPV ( restricted stock ), Price: 0.00

Does it mean MPTV in bankuprcy ???

If MPTV is not brankupted, but because its stock price goes
to Zero, can I claim Stock Loss in Tax Forms
even I have not sold a single shares yet.???

welp, home from kids elementary school grad, son got the principles honer roll for maintianing all "A"s for the whole year, lowest grade average was a 96 - aced (100) every one of his finals tests, he also grot the all round citizens award and medal. and both kids got perfect attendance awards... having them a grad party on 6/3 (they think its their mothers b'day party) family coming in fron ms - la - al - fl, gonna take me 2 days to cook for this bunch...lol

cos...sold all my bigcaps about 3 years ago, and bought my kids a few of the things i didnt have as a kid. etrash sold all my freetrading mptv shares last year because i refused to pay their thieving inactivity fees, so i had them send me my certs for my 70,620 restricted divvy shares and closed my acct.....i had a chance in the begining of this year to get in on a privately held co. that is building 9 plants in the u.s. to manifacture bio-deisel and ethanol, so i got 4k shares or 4% ownership of an llc that bought 100k shares.....if oil prices stay high and their projected earnings pan out (big if) i wont need to invest in amything else (but probly will for fun)....just bought a used 35 foot motorhome so i'll use my money taking my family camping in style (and they are what really counts). i still watch the markets and monitor the boards as time allows
