It would be nice to have some info/details on the "oil production contract with the Azeri government to begin the oil-gathering process" that is mentioned. One would think that CPCO would be all over that and want to spell out the details. Why the hold up?

I don't think the old arguement of "they are working on the business, blah blah blah" instead of worrying about PR's holds much weight. If a contract is in place why not discuss the details? That would not be a "pump PR" if it is true IMO.
