Mongoose- I wouldn't have changed the original agreement. Damaj has never been right on approval timing. He hides behind the Safe Harbor. You never give away something for nothing.
At Apricus, when he became CEO, he started diluting. The stock initially ran up and then started coming down quickly as the dilution continued. It came down to the point whereby they had to RS to maintain their listing.
How can Damaj state his goal is to have Nasdaq or NYSE listing when he is driving the stock down. He adds people without the resources to pay for them without continued dilution. That's another mistake. I have no problem with the addition of Beyond Human. That should have been the end of the dilution.
This company is small and has assumed a large amount of debt. Their current revenues don't justify the expenditures. Damaj has made claims which are hype and pure speculation. He's been adding debt based on his fantasies. Show me the beef and stop the dilution. I however feel it is too late and more dilution to come along with a reverse split. I think it will turn out that Damaj in not capable of running a company but is capable of running a company into the ground. Basically he is robing Peter to pay Paul.
