IMHO It may be a comparison of apples and oranges when discussing everyone is living longer in both trials. The Rintega trial used KLH which helped the placebo pts live somewhat longer whereas for DCVax-L P3 trial the placebo pts who are living longer are the ones given DCVax. Of course more complete resection would help everybody too.
