We both disagree with them and here's the thing:

If NWBO had no intention of promptly following through with an investigation then management should have never announced it to begin with because it has become yet another example of overpromising and not delivering by NWBO.

Since Ms. Powers is a lawyer she should have known before announcing the investigation that her liability attorneys would demand her silence and that she would play it safe (for her, not us) and agree.

But knowing that this investigation, like HE and EAMS and partnering DCVax Prostate (how long has that been pending) would accomplish nothing for a very long time, Ms. Powers chose to act like it was going to matter.
