The case validates what they said in fact. They made all the appropriate and normal statements that they were supposed to make. This case rather, to me shows that these people going after the company have absolutely no limits. This is a ludicrous case, so to have taken this to court, based upon AF's ludicrous allegations, suggests to me that someone with unlimited willingness to cause pain and destruction, was behind the suit. I would guess, someone with a lot of funds available.

And to drive a company that was worth quite a bit, and drive it down to here, there was a lot of money made by someone who wanted to undermine this company.
