I hate to differ, as stated in the companies own filings they need something happen to NOT go into BK.

Should the Company not be able to obtain a purchase order, not be able to obtain additional equity or debt financing, or not be able to sell assets, then the Company would have no alternative but to file bankruptcy.

A PO for their core product has not happened ever, all the sudden they are going to get a one?
Its pretty obvious they won't get anything in the little time they have left.
