Although you were wrong, I don't think you were wrong wrong. People with TG of >150 in USA is 74 million. Total statin users is 32 million. So technically our total population is 74 million, even with great RI results, will we be able to get many non statin users to take V? I don't think so. Probably close to a trillion dollars was spent on statins.... if people don't take statins, I can't imagine that they would take V (although I'm one of them). So IMO our real target popular is the RI cohort but only those who are currently on statins. Certainly less than 30 million.

PS Amarin didn't say there were 32 million with elevated TG and on statins. Amarin said 74 million with elevated TG and my limited research got me that 32 million statin users in US.
