Ooops, still getting used to Ihub. I thought ralphgoldberg's question was a private message, so I replied privately. Now that I realize it was public, here's a reprint of my respones, FWIW:

Ralphgoldberg, Gosh, there was a time I fancied myself as a reasonably good chart reader. The last three years have shaken that confidence to the very core. While I'm reasonably certain that the volume of late is daytrading, I'm equally as certain that the intel news was the validation that wave needed. Over time... and of course with some demonstrable level of success (measured in revenues),... wave should attract investors in for more than a day at a time, and I would expect a corresponding decrease in volatility.

As long as Wave is slightly more than a penny stock, anything goes.

I've followed wave for years... got called out at 17.5 back in 99. I reentered when they finally produced their Embassy E2100 chip, expecting that finally having product would lead to cash flow quicker than it has. I've rethought the investment many, many, many times. However, every time I read the story, I come to the same conclusion and I hold. In my mind, the deal was clinched when they demoed in the Intel booth and signed up National Semi. Intel just sealed it up. I've decided to see this investment through, regardless of the outcome (though obviously, I think it will be a grand slam).

Though I didn't directly answer your question, I've given the rationale for why the forces of current volatility don't really matter to me. I'm in it for next year, and the year after. I can stomach it...LOL!

Regards,
