Evaluating the risk...call me skeptic

I am very motivated to invest in Wavex shares, based on what I understand about its technology and product suite. (25 yrs in technology).

Yet, I am still very skeptical about the execution of that promise and here is why. Please, I am not trying to bash but I simply can not skip some basic issues:

1. Unilateral announcement of a deal....Except for a marketing person's name from Intel, there is no official acknowledgement of this "deal" from Intel..

There is no official deal announcement on either company's web site...which is very strange, as usually two parties make separate announcements.

On my enquiry to Intel I was adviced to:

"Please contact Wave directly with your questions about THEIR announcements"

Now, I said OK, they made a gentleman's agreement, and Wavex is in my mind now due to deliver ....proof of concept...prototype, and I can imagine that there are/will be swat teams from both companies working together, chasing the Q4 ??? deadline....

The point that I am trying to make is, that no actual deal was made, but an agreement to work together on a prototype.

I can hardly imagine that such an effort can bring final product in 4 months....I mean let's be realistic...Some other people on this board, much better informed then me with specifics delivered great insights on that topic...

Is Wavex going to make any money from that effort alone, or is that considered to be their investment in their their/our bright future?....funded by investors and not by Intel...

Intel assumes no risks whatsoever in this venture, which is very strange. Don't you think so?

So, Intel verbally agrees that Wave can make an announcement, the street assumes the risk, and Intel goes on with the business, with or without Wave...As good as Intel is, I wouldn't be surprised that it do not put all of their eggs into one basket, rightfully so, so there is a possible parallel effort going on...

I get it, signs of paranoya...:))

So, in my mind, I am asking myself, are you ready to participate in funding a "12-24 month effort", that may lead to nice returns or wipe my investment to 0?

Meanwhile, I guess, few ups and downs in stock in next few days may as well do the same....
