If FINRA denies Saleen the request for the Reverse Split,
I would expect that the financiers will not fund Saleen the remaining $285,000
described in the 8-K. Without the Reverse Split Saleen cannot discount the stock to the financiers so that they can then sell it below market and recover their $285,000 cash+interest & profit.
Saleen obviously needs the $285K very much or they would not have made this toxic debt deal in the first place. Without the funding I would expect the worst. I believe the share price will trade down to .0001 in my opinion.
