Not knowing how Saleen benefits from this is hard to assume anything. Obviously those following the stock haven't gotten very excited. The 8k talks about a restructuring so people are confused. If the company was current and we discovered this before it was released that would be different.
Saleen is going to have to make good before people commit to investing more.
There is lots of money on the sidelines but the unknown scares everybody.
