Agreed, and in case anyone was wondering why the remaining 35K notes arent convertible until May, Its quite obvious...Major events happening in May are the Q1 report for 2017 which will be extraordinarily great and the 35k that might convert wont hold SP back from breaking .20+

Stocks are bought on expectations, not facts...
