Well now,the DET. asks a GREAT question:

Assuming you had the land and equipment in NC, how much would you charge Bruce to grow 100 acres of hemp, harvest it, then store the crop for a year or two?

The land would have to be open pasture, broken and tilled.

Raw land rental I would want $150-300/acre so lets call it $200

Input costs with certified seed cost being a variable are about $280. Cut and field rett, bale and store.

Taking the lowest of all other viable crops for "highest and best use" calculation, I would say $680-$800 an acre plus storage--again that can vary but at least $50 an acre a year.

Variables: herbicides which with this crop aren't necessary, pesticides--again I don't see a major worry.

So 100 acres all in to the barn $68,000 and then store it, at least $5000 a year--that dependents on a whole lot.

So somewhere between $73,000 and $85,000 a year.

That is a farmer looking for a crop. Not me, I wouldn't let weeds near what i grow LOL!

Also some "dirt farmers" that own generational land can price the land without worrying about carrying loans. But that number is a dart at the wall, so to speak.

Yeah, not much when you look at it that way, for millions from Billions of shares.
