INDERMINATE whether or not there is any more money coming from MSFT than $9.7m settlement IMO.

If you believe the author on this then you should believe him on RS as well.

I don't think the author has a special source of facts that we are not privy to. Seems to me this is all his interpretation of the facts.

Just because something is in a news article doesn't make it true.

I suggest withholding judgement on this point and hope that it is cleared up in the K.

Not saying there isn't revenue from MSFT licensing, just saying we still don't know.
