There's no poison pill. "Please note that the creation of the blank-check preferred stock has not been proposed by the [Anavex] Board for an anti-takeover related purpose and the Board has no knowledge of any current efforts to obtain control of the Company or to effect large accumulations of our voting stock."
I voted no to the blank-check preferreds. They are not advisable without a clear explanation from management.
