Folks, I like others, purchased shares in this company, only to regret it now. Unfortunately this is going no where but down just like our investment. Nobody sends out a Pipe dream of a PR that they hope to get to the OTCQB which requires the company to maintain a penny for 30-days and have audited reports. There was no meat in that PR. 3-days after the PR the company de-registers. No longer is there audited reports required or feedback to shareholders required. Nothing but contradictory to the PR. To save money? The company needs to come out with a PR explaining themselves if nothing else. If this ever took a run, how much dilution is there going to be? Unfortunately I wouldn't be surprised to see this go to .0003 by weeks end.
