Agreed...I think what we have here is a case of company president overriding IR/Deal guy (Rick). The president wants the company rolling and functional before Rick/IR starts the PR wheel. Rick wanted to put out a PR, but president says NO! I bet the president wants operation and solid ground overseas before others try and weasel in on the action. The World Oil article makes me feel much better.

The timing might still be off, but his will go and go hard. They really need some kind of PR though.
