TCR, another mistake you just made.

First of all, you must mean OS, not AS. Secondly, unlike your average OTC shenanigans, the Paivis reverse split also split the AUTHORIZED CAPITAL down with it. Paivis does not have the ability today to issue any more shares, percentage-wise, than they did before the split. Stop by the Nevada SOS to check this fact for yourself.

If they wanted to dilute, they could have done it without reverse splitting the stock. Or, they could have reverse split the stock and left the authorized capital the same as before. But they didn't.

Thirdly, the transfer agent has to tell us the current OS, unless he's been ordered not to by the company. If that happens, he has to tell us he can't. There's no room for lies there.




Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
