Sue...I know you're not trying to bash.

Here's the point. Show me where it says "hey we have to transfer our assets to the State Government of Nevada". It doesn't. The PRs pertaining to this asset transfer have never said any Nevada State Government Agency would be involved. It simply said we are transfering assets from Dubai to the State of Nevada....from one entity to another and IMO it simply means from one set of books to another set of books. Yes the PR should have been more clear BUT have any of their PR's except the past couple of days been real clear? No. However...everyone and their brother (including me!) love to dissect the PR's and try to see if they are telling us something between the lines. In this case most failed to do that and are now panicing b/c someone came up with the idea that the asset transfer would be real estate and that that real estate would have to show up on Nevada's SOS website once transferred!...lol
