Even better is that the Poconos have been an economically depressed area for some time... it used to be a booming honeymoon area but that has long past... google the hotels and areas... a lot are abandoned.

Brining in a new thriving industry would bring jobs and commerce. What's more, if $NSAV and $CHIF do have debt and or outstanding fines (WHO REALLY KNOWS), then the forward-looking promise of a MMJ resort into a defunct area may help alleviate many, many worries....

The upside here is far greater than the risk at this point... especially when considering the recent claims of "weekly" updates.... WITH SUBSTANCE. Weeks are not that long, and will be a great litmus test of such integrity.

Near term (next week to two), .002-.005 with .01-.05 within the five weeks should this continue to play out the way it has.
