Agreed. I said YESTERDAY that it PROBABLY would be WISE to hold off on
any news in order to allow the stock to breath, churn, etc.. At the time I hadn't
even CONSIDERED that the NorthEast would be EMBROILED in a supposedly
HELLACIOUS snowstorm.

All the MORE reason to wait UNTIL folks have gotten back to work &
MORE EYES can be EXPOSED to the corporate developments.

The CEO has said NEWS is expected & it's MATERIAL:

And, WE have a very good idea (Cannabis) what it MIGHT BE since it's
been intimated, discussed & represents a natural fit.

But the broader market REMAINS unaware. Perhaps, I do NOT know if this
is the case, but it would be MY PREFERENCE, the company is being
considerate of current market conditions & will release NEWS
when it might have the GREATEST IMPACT. IDK, but I've decided that
buying support presents ME with a REASONABLE profit opportunity
while those in the NE appear to be digging themselves out from
under a Blizzard.

We may see a new cusip, tick, name change & then updates on the OTC. If
ALL THIS comes to pass then the stock price is likely to resume it's
uptrend in the absence of dilution. We'll see...I'm anticipating more upside.
