Beyond grey my friend...been totally delisted and no longer is a ticker...OTCMarket no longer will have data for FLSR as with a grey market stock such as EMLL, which has actually come to life with big volume and has went from .0001 to .0003 in the last two days looks like this...on the OTC market site: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EMLL/overview

Yea I recall comments being made about Everett being involved with CZNI here in the past....just looking at the CZNI ticker and it isn't looking good for investors over there either...probably will be hitting the grays soon....as for looking into Everette Dick, not sure what you're going to find other than he is a scammer every where he goes.

They never intended too...they were done with it after the big volume back in 2017 before suspension.

This was messed to begin with. No one wanted to take responsibility when it was suspended. I received responses from both Paul Taylor and Everett with Paul saying Everett was the CEO/owner of records and Everett saying Paul was the CEO/Owner of records. This happened on the same day.

Neither of them took responsibility. Both said they did not have any involvement in the stock. So who did?

Anyhow.... not much to do but accept the loss.

Well my man don't feel like you lost out on that opportunity in the last couple of months...no volume for you to be able to sell out before this hit….now back a year ago when a half billion volume traded a couple of days after going into the grays...that would have been that chance to sell.

Oh by the way when was that announcement?....or did he tell you that personally for you to say...because I don't remember that being announced...and if he did tell you on a personal basis did he say any thing about bringing this out of the greys any time soon?

I'm thinking he already knows( which is in the filings) that...however I think he might have been referring to the big amount of volume right after it went into the grey market...which it is fair to say was about 800,000 million....and some...with fair reason speculate that Taylor is the one that bought those shares and still feel that he is buying every chance he gets...as for me...hmmmm… I guess as long as it doesn't become delisted entirely I am just here for the ride and up to hear theories that may be correct or false hopes.

The story was the old owner wouldn’t allow them to cancel some shares and would not sign off on anything so it all failed.

There are two theories here.

1.Easy one.Paul and Everrett sold billions of shares and made money on it.They purposely brought it to grey market because their mission accomplished.

2.They brought it to grey market purposely to do the merger amicably and buy back shares from grey market at dirt cheap price 000001 and take out company again from grey market to pink.

I don’t know what is right but one thing is for sure that they brought FLSR to grey purposely.

I am surprised how come these guys are allowed to run other companies since they scam people.

Paul Taylor and Everette Dick are biggest crooks in my opinion. They both made fool to thousands of investors. They talked merger and sold billions of stocks and brought this stock to grey level. What a scam. These people will not get a place in hell forget about heaven.
