"Acting CTO" is not an official position. It's just a misleading term to confuse unsophisticated investors that don't understand.
They are probably referring to him as the "Acting CTO" now because they made him do things that a CTO would do despite him not actually being the CTO.
Funny how on the MGTI website between July 2016 and February 2017 it didn't say "Acting CTO". It said "CTO".
On Elijah Anderson's twitter page it didn't say "Acting CTO". It said "CTO".
Tell lies for months to mislead investors and pump the stock then try to spin things later. That's the MGTI way.
With no employment contract he was not an official MGTI employee and to suggest he was is intentionally misleading.
If Elijah Anderson was hired as a consultant then MGTI should have filed a consulting contract. I see no consulting contract ever filed by MGTI for Elijah Anderson and I see no mention of Elijah Anderson being paid as a consultant in the 10Q for the period ending September 30, 2016

If Elijah Anderson was paid $17,000/month as a consult, as Tiffany Madison is saying, then that will be mentioned in the 10K when it comes out between March 31st - April 15th. MGTI will have to disclose all money it has been paying to consultants/employees. MGTI should also file a copy of that consulting contract if it is real. Somehow I doubt we'll see Eric "Elijah" Anderson's name in the 10K or any employment contract or consulting contract signed with Eric "Elijah" Anderson disclosed in an SEC filing.
Spinning lies and deceit seems to be the primary business operations of MGTI.
The day this long running scam company gets suspended by the SEC will be a great day in my opinion.
