I have never seen an hourly bar close at 140 and the very next bar open at 85. Usually the very next bar opens very close to the close of the previous bar.

But maybe a better answer would be to watch the 5 minute.
Yesterday the 10:10 bar closed at 150, the 10:15 bar closed at 118 and the 10:20 bar closed at 81. So you could go short during the 10:20 bar.
