Nocona re: when to actually take the signal


I have a question about the actual taking of the CCI signal. Lets say you are waiting to go short. The CCI is at around 140 during an hourly bar. When this bar closes at say 140, the next bar begins to print. When this second hourly bar opens, the CCI line jumps down to 85. Do you wait for this second hourly bar to close with the CCI line below 100, or take the trade since this bar is below 100 now??
